If a campaign appears misleading or unsafe, send its link and your concern through the contact page. Do not send personal payment credentials.
Transparent commission
The platform commission is 25% for non-owner campaigns and 0% for owner campaigns. Commission is calculated on the server, and withdrawals are processed by the platform team before funds are released.
Before real payments
Live fundraising requires provider-verified settlement, duplicate-payment protection, integrity-safe balance accounting, payout validation, and operational review. Bank details are validated and every payout is reviewed before release.
