Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting access to your account. Do not impersonate others or share access to financial features.
Campaign responsibility
Creators are responsible for truthful campaign stories, beneficiary consent, rights to uploaded media, and using funds for the stated purpose. Publication does not guarantee donations.
Fees and availability
Publishing a campaign is free. Non-owner campaigns allocate 25% of successful donations to the platform and 75% to the campaign; owner campaigns have no platform commission, and payments sent directly to a fundraiser carry no commission. Payment processing costs and payout conditions must be finalized before live use.
Current service
Supporters can donate with Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards through the Stripe checkout page, or send a bank transfer directly to the fundraiser. Donations are collected in US dollars and credited to the campaign once confirmed. These operating policies should be reviewed before launch.
