Provide your campaign link, payment reference, date, amount, and reason for the request through our contact form. Never send your full card number, PIN, or password.
Review process
Refunds and disputes require provider verification and review of the relevant campaign and transaction. A submitted request is not a promise of a refund. Final eligibility, deadlines, and fee treatment will be approved before live payment launch.
Current payments
If a checkout result is unclear, contact us with the transaction reference. Confirmed donations are credited to the campaign and remain subject to this review process.
